At Alshifa Clinic, protecting your sensitive medical reports and private contact logs is our absolute duty.

We gather basic identifying information when you schedule an outpatient appointment or complete our contact forms. This includes name, age, phone number, email address, preferred clinical doctor, and symptom details. We do not gather or log any telemetry without direct consent.

2. Health Records Encryption

All blood laboratory reports, cardiology ECG records, and general medical prescriptions are cataloged in highly secured file databases. Only authorized medical staff supervised by Dr. Mohsin Shaikh have operational access to analyze your clinical histories.

3. Data Disclosures & Sharing

Alshifa Clinic maintains strict compliance with standard medical ethics. We will never sell, lease, trade, or distribute your private diagnosis records or contact details to third-party advertising companies. Data is only shared with recognized diagnostic laboratory technicians to process tests.

4. Patient Rights

You maintain full ownership of your diagnostics files. You can request a hard physical copy of your medical charts, request immediate corrections of blood parameter logs, or demand the deletion of online booking records by notifying our desk.
