Please read our clinic operational guidelines covering appointment rules, diagnostic packages, and liabilities.
1. OPD Consultations & Bookings
By booking an appointment online, you register a request for a consultation slot. While we try to honor all requested slots, timings are subject to change due to critical emergency medical cases. The final consultation slot is only confirmed when our desk contacts you.
2. Fee Structures & Payments
All outpatient consulting fees and diagnostic package costs are set by the clinic administration and must be settled at the billing counter post-consultation. All charges are transparent, and receipts will be issued.
3. Medical Liability Disclaimer
The wellness tips and general health advice published on this website are for educational purposes only. They are not substitutes for professional clinical examinations, custom diagnoses, or medical treatment plans. Always consult our qualified physicians directly for chronic conditions.
4. Cancellation Guidelines
If you need to reschedule or cancel your consulting reservation, please alert the clinic desk at least 2 hours in advance. This allows us to allocate the vacant medical slot to other patients requiring urgent medical checks.
